Welcome to
winopunx.tk . The purpose of this site is to connect the punk community in and surrounding the winona area. It is basically a platform with which one can publish and discuss ideas with fellow humans. We will have a general forum for discussion, a place for random rants and political writings.

The weekly discussion group will now be held at Windom
Park on
Sundays at 2:30pm. No topic is safe from this
discussion circle, from
global crises to local advancements, we talk about anything
and
everything relating to community activism in the winona
area. We do
our best to keep the discussion non-hierarchical in nature
and hosting
of the meeting is a shared responsibility. We manage
a community
library and are self-sufficient in all our financial endeavors.

---- Food Not Bombs
We Eat! Food
not Bombs Winona will serve the public at 2pm every
Sunday at windom park. there will always be plenty of
food, but feel
free to bring any dumpster-treats to share. Also
bring any plates or
silverware just incase there isn't enough for you, there
will be cleaning
containers available so you can share your plates and forks
and shit.
You
may have noticed that Sunday is the day to do things. Lets come
together! We don't need to limit ourselves to eating for free and
talking for free... lets live for free! Swap meet! bring
goodies you have that you think others may want. Dumpster scores,
old instruments you never play, this will probably be slow at first, but
hopefully we can get the ball rolling and truly create a
culture of mutual aid and bartering. |
